Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason you're unhappy with your purchase it can be returned for a refund or replacement, provided it's in original condition and within 14 days of the date of delivery. Items received past the return window will not be accepted. For eligible returns we'll send a replacement, apply store credit, or in case of a refund deduct a 15% restocking fee. There is no restocking fee on all Speardiver brand items, which may be returned for a full refund if the other conditions are met. With all merchandise shipping and return shipping will only be refunded in the case of a defective or not as advertised product.

*Please note some items are excluded from this return policy and cannot be returned except in the case of a defective or not as advertised product. Specifically items that must be altered to fit the customer's needs, such as fins where installation of the blades in foot pockets requires gluing or drilling holes.

Before returning items please contact us via message or phone to obtain a return authorization and a return shipping label if needed. In the return package include a copy of your invoice and a note with the reason for the return. In the case of a defective product provide a description of the fault. Ship returned items to the address below. For your protection we recommend that you use a delivery service with tracking.
