    Long package shipping surcharge USPS and UPS charge a higher dimensional shipping rate (an additional $15) for packages that are longer than 36". All our speargun tubes are longer than 36" and incur this additional shipping charge. We keep our product prices as low as possible, while maintaining a viable margin to be able to continue offering our customers high quality products and service. For this reason we must pass this additional shipping cost on to the customer. It's a one time fee, adding more speargun tubes to your cart will not trigger it again. In other words whether you buy one tube or 3 tubes, there will be only one $15 shipping surcharge.

    The Speardiver Aluminum Speargun Tube with Silencer Track is a light stiff tube with 26.5mm inner diameter and 1.5mm wall thickness. Track height is 4.5mm above the inner diameter. These are the same high quality aircraft aluminum tubes used with Speardiver RTX spearguns, an exact fit for the Speardiver RTX handle and Speardiver Shark open muzzle. They will also fit most standard handles and muzzles with a 26mm diameter insert peg, which may require a little shimming with tape to increase the diameter for a tight fit.

    The tube has a built in dovetail track that accepts a full length plastic insert. The durable insert protects the tube against scratching from multiple cycles of loading and discharging the spear. It eliminates metal on metal clanging noise making the gun silent to carry, fire and reload. Quiet operation results in diver being able to get closer to the fish. Track inserts are available in Red, White or Black colors to match the speargun's color scheme, handle and power bands.

    Bottom of tube is formed with three flattened surfaces running the length of the tube. The flat surfaces have a slightly thicker wall than the rest of the tube, and together with the angular contour add exceptional strength and rigidity to the tube, eliminating barrel flex under band load. This rounded but slightly angular shape offers a very comfortable and secure grip when swimming and carrying the speargun. The bottom most flat surface runs exactly opposite the track, making it easy to identify the correct location/center to drill screw holes to secure the handle and muzzle in the tube.

    The tubes comes with black or red anodized finish, in lengths from 50cm to 120cm. They are are not plugged. Included with each tube are two compression rubber plugs which are used to seal it. All that's needed to install the plugs is an approximately 5/8" diameter rod to collapse the plug pushing at its center, thereby reducing its diameter and making it easy to push it down the tube. If needed more rubber plugs are sold separately.
